Hi just joined this site and just tracking down surb & veena players in the UK - played surb for a number of years & I have recently obtained dagar style veena. Which do you play & where are you. It is good to know as there are so few veena players in there UK. Concerned re my low Sa on veena sounds 'dead' with the 1.2mm bronze but I am scared stiff of jawari adjusting. I have done it on sitar OK but my last attempt on the surb was not good ! Weeks to sort out !
